Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how The Zero Follower Series / FindTheCustomer.com ("we", "us") handles information when you visit this website or purchase our ebooks.
1. Information we collect
We collect as little as possible. We do not run advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
- Anonymous visit statistics: our own self-hosted, cookie-free analytics records which pages are viewed, the referring site, an approximate country, and clicks on site buttons. Visitors are counted with a one-way hash of IP address and browser that changes every day; we do not store your IP address with these statistics and cannot identify you or follow you across days. No data is shared with third-party analytics providers.
- Purchases: payments are processed entirely by PayPal. When you click a buy button you transact with PayPal on their platform. We receive from PayPal only the information needed to confirm your order (name, email address, country, and transaction details), which we store with your order so we can deliver your download link by email and provide support. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- Contact: if you email us, we receive your email address and message contents.
2. How we use information
- To deliver your purchase and provide customer support.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
3. Third-party processors
PayPal processes payments under its own privacy policy (paypal.com/privacy). Barnes & Noble processes print-book orders under its own policy (barnesandnoble.com). We encourage you to read them.
4. Cookies
The public site sets no cookies. PayPal may set cookies during checkout on its own domain.
5. Data retention & security
Order confirmation data is kept only as long as needed for tax and legal record-keeping, then deleted. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we hold.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (including the EEA/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below.
7. Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
